Stylianos Christakos, Founder, the main shareholder

Mr. Stylianos Christakos was born in Athens and studied Law at the University of Athens Law School, where he graduated in 1994. At the same time (1986-1988), he obtained a Diploma in Programming and Information Systems Analysis from Data Rank Corp. and founded a private software development company, which he managed until April 2004. He continued his studies, gaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics (MSc Finance) in 2001 from the University of Strathclyde. In 2008, he became certified in Investment Management from FSA, UK (Certificate in Investment Management (CertIM). In 2015 he was certified as a TradeStation TradingApp Store developer (Easylanguage).


His professional career began as a computer expert and then as the founder of his own software development company (1989), which he sold in 1999 and managed until April 2004.


The period from November 2004 to September 2010 he worked for the Ministry of Economy and Finance as Head of the Special Management Service of the Operational Program "Information Society". From October 2010 to September 2012, he worked at KPMG as Senior Manager for Public Sector.


Since October 2012 he founded and manage his own consulting company working with international Hedge Funds and implementing Business Plans, Financial Studies, Feasibility Studies and Cost-Benefit Analysis for various clients.

George Karagiannopoulos

Mr. George Karagiannopoulos was born in Agrinio in 1974, and studied at the National Technical University of Athens, where he received his degree in 1998 from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. In 2002, after a two-year degree, he received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Athens University of Economics and Business.


Worked as a Software Engineer at Intarget S.A. (Member of the Fourlis Group) and then as a researcher in the Telecommunications Lab of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. In 2001 he was a Telecommunications and IT consultant and Project Manager at TEMAGON (formerly OTE Consulting) in European Research Projects (IST), IT and Communications projects, and regional development projects. In 2004 he was the IT Project Coordinator - Senior Project Manager at TREK Consulting. In 2007 he was Advisor to the Special Secretariat of Digital Design, and from 2008 to 2012, he worked as a Management Consultant of the company Digital Aid SA. He is currently an independent consultant providing consulting, and IT studies and providing services for the utilization of Financing Tools and Programs in both the Private Sector and Public Sector.


He has designed, implemented and completed State Aid  State Aid Funding Projects within the framework of the Operational Program "Digital Convergence" (OP DC) of the National Strategic Reference Framework 2007-2013 (NRSF 2007-2013).


George Karagiannopoulos is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, the Chamber of Informatics (ITC), as well as the Hellenic Union of Business Administration (EADE). He has also published articles in scientific journals.

Elias Kontakos, PhD

Dr. Elias Kontakos is an experienced and academically trained executive with over 10+ years of experience in designing, monitoring, and advising on large-scale projects in the private and public sectors. He has significant experience of working at the central political level (Ministries, General Secretariats) as well as at regional and university levels with high-quality results. Examples include cooperation on immigration policy and reduction of bureaucracy on residence permits, cooperation with the 13 Regions of the country to formulate their Information Society agenda, proposal to exploit the smallholdings of Epirus with bioenergy. Elias Kontakos designed and implemented the Greek e-government forum, which operated under the auspices of the SG Interior. In the Private Sector, he has experience with business consulting either as a coach or as an investment advisor. Since 2009, he has been the Honorary President of the Urban Nonprofit Society “A Tree for a Kid,” which is promoting a new environmental platform for sustainable development in the Urban Centers of Greece.


The academic performance of Dr. Elias Kontakos is also noteworthy. It combines interdisciplinary studies with knowledge in the areas of entrepreneurship, production management, and regional development through modern technological tools. He has been a Fellow of the State Scholarship Foundation (IKY) in the field of SME development at the regional level with the help of new information and communication technologies (ICT). His research focused on the factors that influence successful ICT strategies in the development process. He received his Ph.D. in 2003 with excellence. He is active in publishing pilot papers at international conferences on his specialty.


The way Dr. Elias Kontakou is methodical with the ability to adapt the style of his administration to the requirements that exist. Able to set goals and achieve them. Ability to manage large groups (often decentralized). Effective in communicating and managing individuals and situations.

Dr Manolis Koutlis

Dr Manolis Koutlis is a Computer and Computer Engineer with PhD in Educational Technology. He has worked for 17 years in Academic-Research Institute of Computer Technology (EA-ITY) under various capacities in projects related to Educational Technology and Geographic Information Systems. He was a founding member of Talent A.E. Information Systems where he has been working since 2003 in the position of Managing Director, Project Management and Business Development. During his career he has managed projects with a total value of more than 40 MEuro. His field of expertise include Educational Technology, Geo-Informatics Systems, Location Based Services and e-commerce systems. He has published more than 15 articles in refereed journals and international conferences and has co-organized three workshops with leading international speakers. 

Sophia Harokopou

Mrs. Sophia Harokopou has worked with Greek and multinational companies, either holding senior management positions or as a consultant primarily in strategy, marketing, and development, publishing and advertising, as well as consumer goods companies. In recent years, in addition to being a Consultant, he has been working as a Head of Development at the Foundation of Hellenic World. She has extensive experience in business planning, project management, product, and service development, planning the implementation and monitoring of cost reduction programs, organization, and staffing of departments, and crisis management. He studied law at the University of Athens and holds an MBA from Boston University

Andreas Tsigris

Mr. Andreas Tsigris was born in Athens in 1965. He graduated from the University of Crete with a degree in Physics from (1989) and a Certificate of Experience in Large Systems Programmer from the Computing Center of the University of Crete (1990). He is responsible for the design and development of innovative products and services in the fields of Culture, Tourism, and the wider ICT with the participation and collaboration of Universities and Research Centers.

He worked since 2000 as Project Manager, Technical Director, Business Analyst, and Product Manager for n-tier Web Platforms (Content Management, Financial Applications, ERP and Work Flow systems). Since 2004 he have successfully managed multi-million digital transformation projects for large public bodies like Ministry of Interior, or Ministry of Finance.

HeI worked since 1993 as Project Manager, Technical Director and Head of Research and Development on issues related to Digitization of historical archives, Digital Libraries, and Cultural Heritage.
 

He managed the implementation of the essential digitization projects in Greece, many of them co-funded by the European Commission. Namely: Civil records Digitization of Civil Registry Offices (2013-2015), Digitization, Documentation and Dissemination of the Historical Archive of the Hellenic Army Archives (2012-2013), Digitization system within the R&D project ICT4Growth (2013-Jun 2015), Digitization and document management system for the Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Company-EYDAP (2004-2005), Digitization of the Ancient Agora in 3D models (1999-2002), Web Medical Imaging system (2000-2002), Digital Library System newspapers (1996-1999), and other essential Digitization projects.


The last two years, he worked in substantial Photo, Video Digitization & Content Management projects in GC countries. 

Evangelos Paschos

Mr. Paschos is an experienced consultant in business, technology and project management. He has extensive knowledge of the technology market in Greece and Europe and has extensive experience in guiding private sector businesses and public bodies in the design and implementation of ICT projects. He has significant experience in planning, managing, evaluating and evaluating projects co-financed by the EU Structural Funds. in the field of Informatics and Telecommunications as well as related private sector projects. He has extensive experience in managing public sector projects and actions co-financed by the EU Structural Funds. He has experience in the evaluation, technical and management support of EU-funded research and innovation projects. Has experience in supporting final beneficiaries of co-financed projects in project planning and implementation.
